I am creating an Incentive plan in excel . Need help.
I would suggest a call instead of message.

I am stuck at if else statement.

Sorry i didnt know about this .

Here is what i need.

Incidents : 650(email and phone) and 400 (Chat and self service)
AHT : 8 mis for Phone , 12 Mins for chat and 4 mins for emails and self service
Utilization : 70%

I need a if else function on the above pointers that if agents meet the above criteria then they are eligible for incentives.
