If else formula

I have data ranging from -80 to +80.

i want to show if data is greater than +8 its "Over allocated" and if less than -8 its "Under allocated" else its "Allocated".

how to write if else formula for this one???

=IF(A1< -8,"Under allocated",IF(A1>8,"Over allocated","Allocated"))
