Hi
Why this formula is giving me 0

=IF(E2>50, ,)

I thought it should give me True if E2 > 50 and False if E2 < 50

because I did not specify what would be if the condition is True or False. Thank you very much.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
if is because "If" statement has the form =IF( test condition, value if test condition is TRUE, Value if Test condition is false)
You have got NOTHING in both the true case and the false case so it returns nothing
what you need is
=E2>50
this will give you TRUE and FAlSE
or
= IF(E2>50,TRUE,FALSE)
