If cell contains X copy value to another coloumn

If a cell in column B contains the letter "J", copy the value of the cell in column C, next to the value found in B, to column L in the same row.
Note: Column B will always be made up of only one letter.

Could you please assist me with a function for this. If it makes any sense.
