I am new to rolling 12 month formula. I was able to build a countifs statement which had a segment to include a date that was in rolling 12 month period. Now instead of countifs I am looking to build this formula into my data dump and need to insert a 1 if the data row meets requirements. I thought I could take my countifs statement and switch over to If(and but am having issues.
previous formula -
COUNTIFS(dump!$K:$K,"Contest",dump!$Z:$Z,"Approved",dump!$AA:$AA,">="&DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-1,MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY())))

so if K is contest, z is approved and approved date column is in last 12 months, input a 1

Thanks

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
You can use the very same countifs formula, just change all the range references to the single cell references.

Instead of dump!$K:$K, just put dump!$K2 (whatever row you put the formula in)

Also, you can simplify your date function for last year..

DATE(YEAR(TODAY())-1,MONTH(TODAY()),DAY(TODAY()))
Change to
EDATE(TODAY(),-12)
