IF AND problem ?????

Can you please give me the solution to my latest problem.
I want to show the word "Win" in cell I7 if cell J7 is greater than .5 AND the word "Ball" appears in cell K7.
I also need I7 to show "Win" if J7 is greater than two and the word "Ball" does not appear in K7
