IF(AND(OR fx

I can complete an AND fx no problem, but when i combine and AND & OR fx, I am stumped.
This is probably a simple fix, but I could use some help from an fx expert.

I am trying to write a fx where:

If the number in cell A1 is greater than 3 OR less than negative 3 (so nothing from -2.5 thru +2.5)

AND

the number in cell B1 is between 10 and negative 10

then i need a 1 to populate in C1. If it doesn't qualify, then i need to leave the cell C1 blank.

=IF(AND(ABS(A1)>3,ABS(B1)<=10),1,"")
