Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I have a data sheet I am trying to pull specific ranges from onto two other sheets. I am looking to identify all grades >69 <80, and the corresponding name . I am able to use IF to locate the names of people below 70 (<70) and above 89 (>89) for two of my sheets. When I try to use the IF(AND I am not getting a return. Here is the formula I am using =IF(AND('60 Day DATA'!B:B>69,'60 Day DATA'!B:B<80),'60 Day DATA'!A:A," ") Can you help me understand where I am going wrong?
I appreciate your assistance.

AND destroys all ranges and reduces them to one value. So if you are trying to maintain an array, do something like:

Excel Formula:
=IF(('60 Day DATA'!B:B>69)*('60 Day DATA'!B:B<80),'60 Day DATA'!A:A," ")

So I replaced the AND with just multiplying the two comparisons together. This will maintain the array.

note - if you wanted OR, you'd add the expressions instead of multiplying.

But - I'm not at all sure that I understand what you wanted.
