IF AND function

=IF(AND(D17<=30,F17>9),"Yes"," ")

D17 is -50
F17 is 4

The formula should say Yes if both conditions are true but it says Yes in this instance. I don't know why.

I tried the formula on a new sheet and it works. Must be something to do with formatting on the original sheet.

I copied the formula from the new sheet and pasted into the original sheet and cell and it worked.

Then I auto-filled the column with 18 rows and it changed back to "Yes" incorrectly. I had to change the Auto Fill Options to Fill Formatting Only for it to display correctly.
