IF AND Function

Cell A1 has Date Started, Cell A2 has Date Completed I want an if function that puts 1 in A3 when someone enters a date in cell a1 and cell a2. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you want a 1 when both dates are entered...

=ISNUMBER(A1)*ISNUMBER(A2)
