If after end of month

Hi,
As some months will have 3 payments based on the interval, I am in need of a formula that will give me ZERO if there are only 2 payments in the month or calculate the PAYMENT DATE if there are 3 payments in the month.
Any help greatly appreciated.
July as an example would only have 2 dates, where as October would have 3 dates.
Hope the following makes sense.

Starting Date​	Interval​	Ist Payment​	2nd Payment​	3rd Payment​
+ Interval​	+ Interval​
AA70​	AC70​	/=AA70​	/=AO70+$AC70​	/=IF(AQ70+$AC70)= [after end of month] ,0, AQ70+$AC70​
Tue 11-Jul-23​	14​	Tue 11-Jul-23​	Tue 25-Jul-23​	0​

IF(aq70+$ac70>EOMONTH(aq70,0),0,aq70+$ac70)

EOMONTH(AQ70,0)---> end of month of value in AQ70, after 0 months forward
