or try....
=if(B1=$A$1,"Value if TRUE","Value if FALSE)

Are the values in column A unique or can they occur multiple times and are you just happy they exist in A to show true

Substitute your range in A2:A100.

Edit: if you don't want FALSE showing:

=IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(B2,A$2:A$100,0)),TRUE,"")
