Hello there.

As the title of this topic explains, I have a customer whom cannot see the contents of drop-down boxes on our or any other website.

This is the email she sent to me:

"When I place an order or use the pull down menus on offer on any site I visit, the menu stays blank. I can see the highlighted bar but can't see any of the options. I then have to try and guess which one is the most likely and often you can type the first digit and the highlight will make the selection for you. Except that in that case I still don't know what I highlighted, making it difficult in particular when you are entering credit card details expiry dates etc... "

I'm not hoping for a super solution as I know this explanation isn't very thorough (I can't raise her on the phone to get a better explanation), but in case anyone has any knowledge or experience of this, please let me know.

Many thanks.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
In IE7 go Tools>Internet Options>Security tab>hit the "Custom Level" button towards the bottom and scroll down the list in the dialog that will pop up until you find the Scripting section. Click Enable on "Active Scripting" and "Scripting of Java applets".
