IE Object Rendering Issue

This one has me completely stumped.

A particular web-based application we use at work is displaying perfectly fine inside an IE Browser control on my PC, but is not drawing correctly on a co-worker's. When he opens the same page in an external browser window, there's no problem at all.

This appears to narrow it down to an issue with Access on his PC, but I really couldn't even think of where to begin troubleshooting something like this. Another co-worker says he's having the same issue, though I haven't been able to verify that for myself yet.

I have a Version control function built in to the Access file, so I know we're all using the same version of the file.

Any thoughts?
