Identifying variances in a pivot table row

Hi all,

I have a pivot table that looks like this:

What I need to do is determine whether for every single Item ID, whether there is any variance in the 8 digit codes that are listed.

For example, here is an item code that has two different 8 digit codes:

Item setup validation report_08012022 - AX submission entities only.xlsx
ABCD
80000312IL32049000Oil Blue A Powder in 24.95kg (net) drum
81VF32049000Oil Blue A Powder in 24.95kg (net) drum
82VG38231300Oil Blue A Powder in 24.95kg (net) drum
pivot


There are 6000 odd item codes so a method to do this automatically would be great.

There is no guarantee that the codes that match will be bunched together either.
