Hi,

I have a data that needs to identify which team does an employee assigned to based on a date.

Example:

Employee A started with Team Red (01/01/2017).
On 02/02/2017, employee was transferred to Team Blue.
On 04/16/2017, employee was transferred to Team White.
On 06/12/2017, employee was transferred back to Team Red.
On 09/11/2017, employee was transferred to Team White.
On 10/24/2017, employee was transferred to Team Blue.

Let's say, the date on my file is 07/24/2017, the formula should give me Team Red as a result since the employee is part of Team Red from 06/12/2017 - 09/11/2017.

Need help. Thanks !
