Identifying Duplicates that are not exactly the same

Hi

I have a list of names in Excel, some are duplicates but are ever so slightly different, therefore I don't know of any way to identify them. An example is,

Jane O'Rourke
Jane O Rourke
Jane ORourke

Does anyone know of a quick way to identify these similar, but not identical names?
