Identify Week from a date

Given a date for ex:01/07/2020, is there any way to identify whether it belongs to 1st week of July or sec week?

Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Assuming that the dates you are working on will always be the first or second week, you could use a formula like this (for a date in cell A1):
=IF(DAY(A1)<WEEKDAY(A1),1,2)

Given the date as an input as shown below, I would like the output to be as described in the week column. I would that for all months in the year.

Your weeks don't appear to make sense! 2/7/20 = end of wk1, next week ends on 10/11/12th July!

This assumes that Saturday is the first day of each week. Your sample data is contradictory.
