Identify Uppercase letters in cell?

What is the best way to identify/isolate uppercase letters in a cell? For example, evaluating a cell containing: "Good Mythical Morning" I would result in "GMM". Formulas or vba welcome.

I made the function extensible so that you could specify which characters you want to keep.

Thanks wideboydixon, this was exactly what i needed. Ability to keep characters a great feature as I also decided to keep numbers.
