I have a list of comments that is manually entered by multiple people. I need to find which is generic in nature. Is this possible in excel. i know we cannot use any formula for this. Is there a way to do this using macros?

It kind of depends... exactly what do you mean by a "generic in nature" comment? In what way would a "generic in nature" comment differ from a non-generic comment?
