Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Sort by date Sort by votes
I would use a helper column to put the RANK in some where - in the sheet
and then you can use
=IF(COUNTIF($J$4:$J$12,J4)>1, "T"&J4,J4)

so that should work in column E - I have used J as the helper
