Ideas for timetable

I'm looking for ideas for a weekly timetable to my company.
timetable is edited every week, there are 5 workers, each one of them has own line colour, I made a hourly grid where his colour showed his avaliability but in my opinion it becomes chaotic.
Next, filled in colours table goes to guest which got access to the doc and they are writing in their names in specified colour.
Weekly timetable is from Mo-Sn from 7:30 A.M to 6:30 PM

I'm looking for tips to improve this document or even ideas for changing it.

that offers various templates for free but there are others.
