Is it possible to call an icon from the same folder where excel workbook is, rather than addressing a specific path.

This may bring advantage, keep teh code same, in case you change the location of the excel file and icon file which are in the same folder

Hello,

You can get the current Workbook's path with Workbook.Path property (Excel) | Microsoft Learn. You can then use it to get the icon path.

Dim commonPath As String
commonPath = ThisWorkbook.Path

Dim iconPath As String
iconPath = commonPath & "\icon.ico"
