Icon Sets in Pivot Table with Condition

Hello. So I am trying to use an Icon Set Conditional Formatting on my Pivot Table with different condition value depends on the filter but I don't know where to put that condition. Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance.

B
C

Condition:
Icon Green for all Filters: >96%

If Filter = A, icon Yellow >=93.42%
If Filter = B, icon Yellow >= 92.34%
Else = icon Yellow >= 90.29%
