I have one excel sheet containing achievement percentage for particular months.. I need the trend icons in that same cell on the basis of growth or degrowth comparing to the previous month. Please help

say we are talking about cell A1, which has grown on previous month.

in cell Z1 use a formula to display the correct icon

make B1 = Z1

remember you can color A1 green if it has grown, red if it has not

comparing this month with last month and saying grown or shrunk is not statistically valid. google SPC
