I think I need a sumif formula.....??

I need a formula where I can input numbers into 3 cells. and have the formula multiply the first cell by the second cell and add the third cell. With the variable in the second cell being if that number is equal to or less than 80 the first number gets multiplied by 1, and if it is greater than 80 it is multiplied by 1.1. for example
A1 1500
A2 78
A3 1000

sum would be 2500

A1 1500
A2 81
A3 1000

Sum would be 2650

I hope this makes sense.
