I need to sum the amount based on year with Sumifs

=SUMIFS(B2:B6,A2:A6,">="&"1/1/23",A2:A6,"<="&"31/12/23")
for 2024
=SUMIFS(B2:B6,A2:A6,">="&"1/1/24",A2:A6,"<="&"31/12/24")
loads of other ways to do it

but not sure what you want from question, you have a few excel versions which one do you need it to apply to ???
