I need to hire an Excel / Dreamweaver Guru to teach me...
I am looking for someone who fits these 4 basic needs I have:

1. must have code & excel skills
2. must be a dreamweaver expert
3. must be online with chat most of the time
4. must have an affordable hourly rate
5. must be okay with screen sharing and viewing my desktop to teach me

I am learning SEO and designing web sites with excel and Dreamweaver WYSIWYG for 7 years, but still haven't learned the nuts and bolts of code. Ideally I am looking for a person that can be available for short 30 minute-1 hour increments...and bill me ongoing in an excel spreadsheet, I am willing to pay you a set paycheck every couple weeks. Please let me know what your experience is with SEO and Web Design, examples of your work are helpful. The work will be random hours. I can work around your schedule as much as possible.
