I have do do this a lot. Copy the names of email recipients to an excel file where each email address is a new row. So one cell of person1@company.com; person2@company.com; person3@company.com; becomes
3 rows of
person1@company.com;
person2@company.com;
person3@company.com;
3 rows of
person1@company.com;
person2@company.com;
person3@company.com;
