Perhaps you could rephrase this by defining what you mean by "full", blank and non-blank. Is "full" supposed to be that exact string, and is the blank (define blank) referring to the same cell or a different cell.

specific time: before/after is a must, example at sheet_availability, row 4

when she dont have a schedule deployed, the outcome need to be "no-fitting", example at row 2 column G

finally for bella
when she is only available for the time before 20:00 on sunday, the outcome need to be before 20:00, example at row 4 column B
*but sometime it might be wrong deployed by my partner, example at row 4 column B, then, i want the outcome will bold? colored? or something that i can easily identify
