Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Perhaps you could rephrase this by defining what you mean by "full", blank and non-blank. Is "full" supposed to be that exact string, and is the blank (define blank) referring to the same cell or a different cell.

i try to use "if+and"? to testify the result that my partner deploy to my team which is/isnt fulfill my team's availability with sheet_availability

sheet_availability
always come with "full", "0", before/after specific time for identify
full: whole day available, example at sheet_availability, row 2
0: unavailable, example at sheet_availability, row 3
specific time: before/after is a must, example at sheet_availability, row 4

sheet_result
for ada
when she is available on sunday/monday/tuesday anytime, the outcome need to be return with a time, example at row 2 column B
when she dont have a schedule deployed, the outcome need to be "no-fitting", example at row 2 column G
for arkies
when she is unavailable on sunday but my partner wrongly deployed, the outcome i want it "wrong/no-submit", example at row 3 column F
finally for bella
when she is only available for the time before 20:00 on sunday, the outcome need to be before 20:00, example at row 4 column B
*but sometime it might be wrong deployed by my partner, example at row 4 column B, then, i want the outcome will bold? colored? or something that i can easily identify

i hope this can be easier for your understanding and THANKS FOR THE GREAT HELP AS ALWAYS, appreciated!
