i need help with a VBA Page Code

This is the code i have for rows

If Target.Row > 22 Then Exit Sub
If Target.Row Mod 2 <> 0 Then Exit Sub
Cells(Target.Row, 1).Copy
Range("$d2).Select
ActiveSheet.Paste
End Sub

Now i need a code that does the same but for colomns
the Colomns are a through d and the copy values are in row 2.

Hi,

did you try
Target.Column instead of Target.Row ?

then something like

Cells(1, Target.Column).Copy Range("D2")

see the shorter syntax instead of your three lines
