I need help to make conditional formatting formula vba

Hi,

I need help to make conditional formatting formula vba code,

PFA excel file Main file and output file download file from http://pikkaa.com/excel/

I have one column (brand) and one is (Small image column)

I have data in two cell seprated by | need copy that in saprate rows while condition if brand column have two numbers like 10|8 and (Small image column) there images name then it will be 6 rows like this (Please check Main file and output file for more info)
