I need help applying a formula to work out contract bonuses

Hi all,

I am an excel noob new to this forum so please forgive me if I have done something wrong.

There are some activities at work which are seriously bugging me as I have to manually calculate bonuses for certain contracts which takes forever, I know there is a quicker way to do this but I am unsure how to go about this. I lack the confidence to try these formulas and when I do try I get frustrated.

Is there any way I can attach an excel sheet to show people what exactly I am trying to calculate?

If someone can help me with this I would appreciate this very much.
