i need an idea of designed summary monitoring sheet for this ex.

I have a 10 sheets which has named by different types of Document ex. legal, memo etc.. and in every sheet there is Col A and B
Col A = Ref number
Col B = Subject Name
in col C there is a quantity required (ex. ref no. 1111, subject name: blah blah is required to send 10 times weekly thru email) so it mean Col C = Target Quantity.

so what I wanted to have is to monitor these Data thru Daily, weekly and monthly basis. It is a target quantity vs Actual quantity sent.



Anyhelp would be much more appreciated.
