I Need A Cell Blank When No Information In Adjacent Cell

I have this in H13

[TD="class: xl64, width: 474"]=IF(G13>TIME(14,0,0),"✘", "✔")

When there is no info in G13, I want H13 to blank.

How do I do this. I've fiddled with ISBLANK, but nothing seems to work.

Try

=IF(G13="","",IF(G13>TIME(14,0,0),"✘","✔"))

As a side note, you could also use

=IF(G13="","",IF(G13>TIME(14,0,0),"r","a"))

with the font set to Marlett
