I'm a bit confused as the way I am reading this you are putting the formula in G15 but testing G15 in the formula. That would cause a circular reference error. please can you clarify?

g15 is less than f15 use the number in f15 in g15

Instead of putting the formula G15 lets put the formula and answers in G18 but leave the rest of the formula as is if possible.
