i was fiddling with the startup options
and i have removed all access to the database menus... i think i accidently unticked the "allowbybasskey" aswell..

is there anyway of gettin access to the database menus back

im completly stuck with out them

have you tried starting up the DB with the shift key held in?

Try the F10 key once the database is open. Unless you have locked everything down, you should get the menus back.
