I am unable to access any of my 30 purchased Mr excel catalogue ebooks, where did my account go, all that money down the toilet, I have accidentally lost some ebook files lucky not all, this is really annoying I can find no where to access my purchases. Help please, someone?

Thank you for your assistance I have downloaded it all to a USB and I am labeling and keeping it in a safe place this time, in the future things might change again.
