We are having that issue if the link is clicked from Excel to a Coupa application. It works fine with Outlook and Teams application. Is there is any Excel setting we need to change to make it work?
No idea what a coupa application is, but if it works from Outlook it should work from Excel. Does it produce an error message? What happens when you click on the hyperlink in Excel?
