Hyperlink results to display on top row

I;m new to this site and this is my first post. I'm an average user of Excel. The problem is stated below.
I;ve 2 sheets created in a single spreadsheet - 1st one has checklist items with number reference and each of these number references has been hyperlinked to another sheet (named cells) ( which contains just additional notes).
The problem is that it doesn't display at the top of the row. I;ve tried a suggested solution i.e. enable transition navigation keys but in vain.

Please suggest some solution.
