Hyperlink problem

I'm trying to create hyperlinks to specific orders in my back office.

e.g, i have a list of sales lines with order numbers, and i want to click on the order number, and be taken to the details of that specific order in our back office.

The problem is the URLs i'm using e.g "https://www.website.com/admin/ordernumber=1". they work when i type them into the browser, but when i try to access it from within excel, it just takes me to the admin homepage e.g "https://www.website.com/admin/"

The links work everywhere else...if i type it into the windows search bar, it works, if i open it from within an email, it works, the only place it doesn't work is from within Microsoft excel.

Also...if i am not already logged into our back office, it takes me to the login page. and when i log in i go to the CORRECT page. but then if i try it again...it's the admin homepage again.
