Hyperlink on same sheet

Is there anyway I can have a hyperlink reference a cell which stays on the same sheet it's on?

So for example, if I have a hyperlink going to cell B28 in the sheet named 'August', I want to be able to copy that sheet and name it 'September'. However the link stays with the B28 cell in the August sheet.

I've played around with the various combinations of the Hyperlink function, but I either get 'Cannot open specified file' or it goes back to the August sheet.

Any ideas?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
You can also try with a formula - for example:

=HYPERLINK("#B28","Link Name")

Thanks both for the answers - I'll use the formula as it's the easiest to replicate across what I have.
