Hyperlink Error: "Impossible d'ouvrir... Impossible de télécharger les données demandées" in Excel

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue with hyperlinks in my Excel file. When I click on a hyperlink, I get the following error message:
"Impossible d'ouvrir... Impossible de télécharger les données demandées."

The URL works perfectly fine when I open it in a web browser, but clicking it in Excel triggers the error.

Here’s some additional information about my setup:

• Excel Version: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010
• Version Details: 14.0.6023.1000 (64 bits)

I’ve attached a screenshot showing the error message for reference.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The hyperlink works fine for me in Excel 365 64bit.

Have a look at the link below about setting the ForceShellExecute to 1 (please note you make changes to the registry at your own risk, might be worth trying a repair first)
