Dear Expert,

I don't know how relevent this question is to this forum, so if you can point me in another direction i would be grateful.

Anyway here goes,

I have an excel spreadsheet with data and in column C i want to insert a hyperlink that will take me to a picture. Now i know i can do this.

The thing is i want to send the spread sheet to a client and for them to click the hyper link and see the photo. However the hyperlink i use only work to the folder on my system.

Is there any way of creating a folder that is "Stand alone" i.e. does not link back to my system?
Or

Is the any good way of displaying photos in excel - (i want to minimise the size of the file).

If you guys have any ideas i would be very grateful

Many thanks

Chuparfaan
