Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
The easiest way is a linear interpolation (but keep in mind the remaining data is far from linear). For a linear interpolation put in B10 (assuming your sample starts at A1) the formula "=B9+(B$15-B$9)/(ROW(B$15)-ROW(B$9))" and fill down.
