I have never seen this happen....

I'm working on a grid for a conference. I've had to modify it a LOT over the last month. But suddenly, there's this HUGE white space to the left of my spreadsheet. It shows up when I pull up the worksheet. It shows up if I save as a PDF.

The weird thing is that the white space isn't columns - it shows with numbers in the header. I've just never seen this. I've attached a screenshot. Any ideas??

Thank you!

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
My computer must be blocking your screenshot. But try going to the View tab on the top of your Excel (if newer version). In the section that is for Workbook Views, click the Normal selection. You are most likely in a Page Layout selection or custom. But again, I cannot see what you are dealing with.

Thank you, Dubbins! You're good, for not being able to see the image. I actually did that previously, and the white space DOES disappear, but it also takes away my heading. Maybe that's one detail I should have mentioned. I do have a header at the very top.

Hmmm....

I even deleted the header just now, but in print preview, all that white space is still showing around the spreadsheet, even though I've set JUST the spreadsheet as the print area.

Here are the instructions to turn a header on and off for a Table...

[h=2]Show or hide the Header Row[/h]
  1. Click anywhere in the table.
    ****** content="1" itemprop="position">
  2. Go to Table Tools > Design on the Ribbon.
On a Mac go to the Table tab on the Ribbon.

  3. In the Table Style Options group, select the Header Row check box to hide or display the table headers.

    ****** content="3" itemprop="position">
  4. If you rename the header rows and then turn off the header row, the original values you input will be retained if you turn the header row back on.
