HtmlMaker error....

I'm trying to install Colo's HtmlMaker. When I try to open the zip file, I get the following message....

Error Referencing
Error Number: 91
Error Description: object variable or with variable not set. You may have to set a reference to the [VBIDE=VBE6XT.OLB

?????? Any help ??????Thanks
I'm running XP.
