Htmlmaker error - Excel

I had to download Htmlmaker2.4 in order to post a snapshot of my excel spreadsheet for a previous question.

In so doing, I now get the following error message every time I open Excel:

Error Referencing [VBIDE = VBE6EXT.OLB]
Error number: = 91
Error Discrp:=Object variable or With block variable not set

You may have to manually set a reference to the [VBIDE = VBE6EXT.OLB]

What does this mean? How can I correct this?
