HTMLMaker 2.42 Problems " "

I can't seem to use the HTMLmaker 2.42 utility you recommend. It makes the page OK in my local copy of IE5.5, then I can copy and paste the code into the message.
But, when I preview the post, either the Excel cells are full of " " text, or else the previewer does not work.
I have had one successful posting in the test area, but all the rest has been quite impossible. Suggestions?
 
I have had the same problems previewing the VBHTML maker code when it includes that code, however, once the message is posted it looks fine. Suggestion: Disregard the preview.
