How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Try out W3Schools, and SitePoint.com
Both have plenty of resources. If you would like to do a course (or two or three) and don't mind paying for it (approx $30 or so per course), try WestCiv.com -- they cover basic HTML, as well as CSS (style sheets) and it's good stuff.

www.W3Schools.com is excellent. That's how I learned. Also, www.tizag.com is good and it has some useful reference guides.

As with everything, the best way to learn is to just do it. Perhaps download a couple of free web templates from www.oswd.org and just look at the html and css code.
